In the new look and feel all view actions are invisibly by default. We should provide a solution to change the visibility to visible by default. See bug 279238.

The attached patch adds a solution for this bug. Now you can set the visibility of view actions at a global point. Therefore a new boolean was added to the branding extension points attribute presentationFactory. If it's set to true all action are visible and not configurable. See the attached screenshot to get a better understanding how the new option looks like.

This patch extends the branding ext point and adds a boolean value for making all viewactions visible. This patch is against RAP 1.3 HEAD.

Fixed and committed to CVS HEAD. To provide a solution we have introduced a new attribute for the presentationFactory element of the branding ext point. The new attribute is called viewActionVisibility and has the value false by default. Developers can change this value in their branding to make all view contrib items visible by default.
