The "Change Item Appearance" buttons works only on existing items. Thus after adding new items you would need to press this button again to also change their appearance. Does that solve the problem? There is another scenario to reproduce this bug. On step 2 instead 'Change Item Appearance', press the button 'Item 0 Font'. At the end, when you scroll down to the bottom, the top item will be shown with bold font. Please disregard comment #1, it is perfectly reproducible. Created attachment 140776 [details]
