The Mark as > Complete menu item is enabled instead of Mark as > Incomplete.

Steps:
1. Mark task complete
2. Try to mark the same task incomplete

The expressions do not get re-evaluated unless the selection changes.

Retrieve context is enabled for all attachments and if an attachment is selected but the popup menu for the task editor is opened.

Comment #2 has been addressed on bug 281002. I have not been able to reproduce the problem described in comment #1.
