I think the "Tools and Goodies" category needs several "cleanups". 

1. Swordfish is already in SOA, and since swordfish is pretty specific to SOA, I think best to remove it from "Tools". (Correct me if I'm wrong). 

2. Several of the "Birt" features remain, but seem out of place now that there is a "Business Integlligence, Reporting and Charting" category. So, I propose to move all of them to the B.I.R.C category. 

3. Add more of the "RSE" features from the Mobil Device and Development category (so they are completely duplicated). 

4. Change the name from "Tools and Goodies" to "General Purpose Tools" and change description to emphasize "Tools useful for developers in many areas".

+1 suggestions make sense. For RSE, the "RSE User Actions" is the one and only
   additional feature to duplicate. Thanks!
