Input from Code Camp Stuttgart (build 20021204)

A participant suggested to replace the one line field for arguments with a list
where (VM and program) arguments can be managed (add, remove, edit) and enabled
via checkbox.

Me for example I sometimes use some VM arguments and sometimes I don't. It would
be handy to do this via the checkbox in the list.

It is possible that developers will want both options for entering arguments 
(so they can also cut & paste command line args from to/from a command line).
