Even though the start and end offsets are clearly correct in the document marker, the "Location" column in the Problem viewer often says "line 0".

To reproduce:

1) Create a JSP page in a JSF project.
2) Add an h:commandButton outside an f:view and h:form.
3) Add an action to the command button that is invalid.
4) Cause the page to validate.
5) Open the Problems view.

Result:

You will get three warnings: one for the bad action and one for each of f:view and h:form that h:commandButton wants to live in. These warnings, although otherwise correct, show "line 0" in the Location column.
