- Open a number of files until the scroll arrows appear.
- Close the last one so the arrows disappear.
- Shrink the window until just before the arrows reappear.
- The last tab is clipped, with fewer characters showing than the other tabs, 
and with the "..." hidden.

When compressing tabs, they should all be compressed equally.
The last tab should not be clipped by the drop-down or scroll arrow icons at 
right.

May be due to CTabFolder not taking the size of the topRight control into 
account.
