Steps To Reproduce:
1. In the controls demo select Scale tab
2. Move the thumb with the mouse wheel
3. Click on empty space under the scale

Http error appears:

HTTP ERROR: 500

For input string: "28.66666666666667" ...

This applies for Firefox only.

If this scenario does not work, the same result can be achieved, if you hold CTRL key while moving thumb (zooming in the same time).

Proposed patch

This patch adds rounding to mouse wheel data. This fixes the issue.
