When I minimize a view then click on the restore button and hold the mouse button down the view is restored, when I release the button the view is minimized again.

To reproduce, in the workbench demo go to the editor parts section.
1. Minimize the "Principal 0" view.
2. Press and hold the right mouse button on the restore button, the view is restored and the button changes to the minimize button.
3. Let the mouse button go while still on the restore/minimize button and the view is minimized again.
