ECF currently does not have a UpNP-based provider for the ECF discovery API.  It would be desirable to have one.

A number of java-based UpNP libraries seem to exist, here's but one possible candidate:

It would be straightforward to build an ECF discovery provider based upon such a library.

Seems unlikely to receive work so resolving as wontfix.  If resources become available, please reopen.
