When exporting the attached feature-based product, I end up with a config.ini that speifies invalid start levels.
The feature just consists of the mail template plus its dependencies.

The config.ini looks like this:
eclipse.application=org.eclipse.mail.demo.application
osgi.bundles.defaultStartLevel=4
eclipse.product=org.eclipse.mail.demo.product
osgi.splashPath=platform:/base/plugins/org.eclipse.mail.demo
osgi.bundles=org.eclipse.mail.demo@0,org.eclipse.core.runtime@0,...

Trying to launch the exported product results in:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The requested start level of 0 is invalid.  The value must be a positive integer.
