I would like to propose that the wizard that pops up when creating a new 
Class/Interface should have a few more steps and allow you to create all 
Constructors/fields/methods in the class with all the modifiers/parameters that 
go along with them. This would allow the developer to concentrate on design 
more than on syntax. If this is achieved it would be nice to add the individual 
steps of the wizard to the pup-up menu in the package explorer e.g. when you 
right click on a class/interface it should give you the option to create a new 
field/method/constructor using this wizard.

This is a good third party opportunity. There are no plans in JDT/UI to 
provide such a wizard for the 2.x stream.

If there are no plans to provide this wizard for the 2.x stream is it not 
possible to be considered for later versions? In which case shouldn't the state 
be changed to LATER!
