1. Right click a plugin project.
2. Select Properties
3. Got to Pulgin Develpment -> plugin manifest compiler.
4. Press F1.

The context help link are broken

Add the help pages for "plugin manifest compiler" and "runtime classpath".
Also update the contexts selfhosting_property_page and compilers_property_page in contexts_PDE.xml

Filed bug 278863 for the top level PDE property page, as it requires a code change to fix.

The manifest prop page will just point to the pref page help as the options are identical (and the page even talks about the project vs workspace settings).

I updated the context for the self hosting page, but didn't add a help page for it.  The page is pretty self explanatory and I don't have a clue why anyone would need the page.

Marking as FIXED.  Unless Chris happens to understand the page well enough that we can add help.
