When we move multiple resources to another project and those resources exist we are prompted
multiple times for them. We should have a Yes to All option when asked if we wish to overwrite.

We no longer ask if we wish to overwrite when copying. We should confirm this.

Correction - it is the Java copy that does not ask. We still need to implement 
this functionality.
