The [gef|zest|draw2d] SDK feature includes the runtime, source and doc.isv. 
The [gef|zest] SDK feature also includes the draw2d SDK feature. 

Bug 275771 revealed the fact that org.eclipse.gef.all does not need to include the doc.isv plug-ins nor the draw2d feature.

org.eclipse.gef.all should be [gef|zest] SDK + gef examples.
