To reproduce:

# open the Mylyn task editor ensuring that its vertical height is small enough to give it a vertical scrollbar
# in the Mylyn task editor click on the arrow button on any Combo in the attributes section
# without moving the mouse cursor off of the arrow button, use a two-fingure gesture on the track pad to scroll down (this might also be possible with a mouse wheel, though I haven't tried)
# observe that instead of the list of choices scrolling, the editor scrolls, leaving the Combo pop-up in its original location giving the appearance of a 'detached' list

When the mouse is moved over the list of choices the choices are scrolled instead.

The Combo in the task editor is a CCombo. The bug is in CCombo and seen on all platforms. Same as bug 118049.
