The p2 jarprocessor will not recognize files with the extension .pack as nested packed files. Hence, all such nested files must have the extension .pack.gz and be gzipped once more.

This is a deficiency in the current p2 jarprocessor.

Added an extra option to enable redundant gzipping of nested jar files.
