In the file import wizard, there is a combo box at the very top to select the
name of the directory to import from.  Unfortunately, this box is read-only,
so the user is forced to use the "Browse" button and select the directory in the
ensuing dialog.  The user should be able to just type the directory name if they know it.

Also, this combo keeps a history of previous locations, but the destination box doesn't.
Both entry boxes should keep a history of recent locations.
