I200904222348 build for GEF RT/SDK and Zest RT/SDK now contain both the expanded features and jar'd features. Is that intentional?

This problem was resolved in GEF Build 3.5.0 I200904251850.

The jar'd features were a mistake. This was discussed in Bug 273625 .
