When we call configdata#remove we check that the bundle we are removing has a name and version. This should not matter

Ian and I talked about this earlier in the day. The checks done here are not necessary and furthermore not symetric with what we do in addBundle. I'll run some tests to be sure but will try to commit this shortly as it's blocking work another bug.
