There are several packages and methods that should be made internal for the time being while compliance issues are worked out.   This will allow easier changes to the underlying code base, and once compliance issues are worked we can look at making pieces API again.

I've reworked some of the package structure of the psychopath processor.   I'll update the Wiki page for Adopters with the info before resolving this issue and waiting for unit tests to pass in the build.
