Description Louis Rose CLA 2009-04-27 04:56:57 EDT
I recently became a committer on the Epsilon component of the GMT project. However, I can't seem to commit to the repository. When using the same username and password as my Eclipse portal login, I receive the following:

> svn mkdir https://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/modeling/org.eclipse.gmt.epsilon/tmp -m 'Testing my SVN access.' --username lrose
Authentication realm: <https://dev.eclipse.org:443> Eclipse Account
Password for 'lrose':

svn: MKACTIVITY of '/svnroot/modeling/org.eclipse.gmt.epsilon/!svn/act/701a7749-cb3f-4dd6-b302-accf7073baf4': 403 Forbidden (https://dev.eclipse.org)

Do I need to do anything further to gain committer access to the Epsilon SVN repository?
