Currently WikiText documentation appears under 'Tasks User Guide' in the help system table of contents.  Though WikiText contributes to the Mylyn UI, there are many users using WikiText by itself.

"Tasks User Guide" might still be mis-named.  Feel free to move it to top-level for now, but I want us to review this before the 3.2 release in case we want to bring things back into a single, more generic, top-level node.
