An issue with a cascading custom field (and values set for it) will have the second field overwritten on submitting an issue. Mylyn does not display those fields in the editor.
The sent HTML treats those fields individually, so we should be able to submit the second field.

The Mylyn JIRA Connector has moved to Atlassian.
