The file permissions are either wrong, or there is no default index file for this directory.

 Please consider filing a bug against the project to let them know.

I'm not sure what's going on here.  I've fixed the permission twice today but they seem to keep getting reset by something.  I've already filed a bug with the webmasters.  Hopefully they'll know what's up.

This was my stupidity with an rsync and no follow-up chmod.  I've fixed this and it shouldn't happen again.  Sorry.
