Since SWTDesigner 7.0 now supports the use of a UIControlsFactory method for creating controls in a view. It seems a very good use to make sure that all widgets that we want to use can be created with UIControlsFactory.

That would include not only the regular SWT Widgets but also Text fields that are Date and Decimal field, MasterDetail and the new SWT DateTime Widget.

I'll just add methods for the custom components I wrote (MasterDetails, ChoiceComposite). Reassigning back to the pool since Sabine is working on this.
