Eclipse no longer starts with 1.4.

The reason is org.eclipse.equinox.p2.repository declares to need 1.5:
Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment: J2SE-1.5,CDC-1.1/Foundation-1.1

Yes, the intent is to make the appropriate changes and be able to run on 1.4 again.
