in the middle of some work yesterday I got locked out of svn and ssh to dev.eclipse.org

I was in the middle of making some minor build tweaks so there was a series of short small commits and then locked up.  svn to other machines works fine, ssh to other machines works fine, it is simply dev.eclipse.org that is blocking me..

literally in the middle of a sequence of svn commits...

I was thinking that perhaps there is a tcpwrappers setup or something on that machine that is chewing up my requests and timing them out.

I gave the night to pull myself of whatever list might be in place but I am dead in the water atm.

This has happened again.  A couple of times actually but it generally clears up...this time it has not cleared up yet.

It seems like whenever I _try_ and use the eclipse editor svn this happens, by and large when I am working from the command line I am fine.  I think I'll just stop using the editor completely for anything svn related.

Please clear the block and I'll try and avoid the editor svn usage from now on as it appears to be very fragile and it annoying as heck to be locked out of svn like this.

I am able to access dev.eclipse.org from a machine on another network, just not from mine.

my external IP is 97.119.11.230 at the moment.
