It looks like the bundle org.eclipse.equinox.p2.repository is compiled in 1.5 mode.
If this bundle is also supposed to target CDC and Foundation 1.1, it should explicitly specify its source and target platform to be lower than 1.5.
You might want to specify:
javacSource=1.3
javacTarget=1.2

in the build.properties.
