Steps to reproduce:
Create a team project set 
Delete all your projects in the workspace
Create a new project containing the psf file
Select the psf file
Use the "Import Project Set..." menu entry from the context menu


The UI will be blocked while the projects are imported. This does not seem to be necessary

The wizard has an option to run the import in the background. This option should be on by default. And unless there are good reasons, I would remove the checkbox for the option altogether. Users probably always want the background behaviour.
