Description

I'm considering this a Usability bug, as I expected search functionality and not "add a site" functionality in the text field. Feel free to demote this to "Enhancement" if you disagree. Oh, I just discovered the separate search bar, which is awesome, but a bit too unobtrusive to be discovered rightaway... :) So maybe it would be best to remove the text field from the "Work with" combo box, making it a regular drop down list. The site names aspect remains valid. Site name was (just) fixed in bug 267853. We also now enable autocompletion in the text part of the combo (bug 267870). We use a text field in the combo so that users can type/paste site names and hit enter to get "instant add," or drag a URL from a browser into that box. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 267853 *** |
