The "Web Services Client Test" page, (which can be brought up by right clicking on a proxy class and selecting "generate jax-rpc JSPs" needs some UI improvements.

1.  The test facility is a drop down box, even though there is only one entry in it.  If there is only one entry there are no choices to be made, so this should not be a combo box.

2. The labels "Server" and "Server Instance" use inconsistent terminology,  I suggest we rename these "Server Runtime" and "Server"

Oops, looks like bug 244814 is already open for this.  I think it's something worth fixing, but probably not for wtp 3.1.
