Not sure why this has not been noticed before.

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/gef/update-site/releases/site.xml contains pre 3.4 update sites.

3.4 and 3.5 should be using http://download.eclipse.org/tools/gef/updates/releases/site.xml

It has not been noticed before since the problem does not actually exist. Bad idea for creating this Bugzilla , we did indeed update correctly way back in 3.4.
