It is cumbersome to enable/disable a breakpoint.
It is cumbersome to find an existing breakpoint that you want to enable if you 
have many breakpoints defined.
It is cumbersome to disable all breakpoints for a given Resource.

Rendering breakpoints as a Tree, with the CHECKBOX style would solve all of 
these usability issues.

The breakpoints view is a checkbox list in 3.0, as well, we are investigating 
breakpoint groups in 3.1.
