Curtis should have commit rights to the pde-ds component in PDE.

According to him, he cannot commit anything there at the moment.

Hmm, we're in a bit of a fuzzy situation here.  It's my understanding that this should require a vote(everything is a project), since Curtis is not 'already' part of the DS component.  However since you(Chris) are both: a PDE PL, and the *only* committer on DS, based on this request we know your vote is +1.  As such after checking Curtiss legal paperwork I'm adding him to the PDE.DS component.

Bjorn,Sharon if I've missed something, or we really should have a vote, then please reopen and we'll get it fixed

Yes, I have commit rights and we attempted the vote.  As there are not enough committers for the vote to complete successfully, there is nothing else to do.
