Extract eclipse-SDK-I20090312-0100-win32.zip.
Copy the dropins/ from my old (3.5m5) install.
Launch on my old (3.5m5) install.

Pick Help > About > Installation Details. Check 3rd tab, all features shown twice. See attached screenshot.
