This is the viewer part to support multiple default value for report parameters. Basically it includes following tasks:

1. display the multiple default values defined in report.

2. allow user to input multiple default values in allowed cases.

3. Need new syntax to pass multiple default value through url parameters.

4. Need check BIRT taglib support to handle this case.

Multiple default values are now selected by default in the parameter page and taglib parameter component.

Multiple default values are focused in parameter dialog and can be pass into report through parameter IN filter.
Verified in Build <2.5.0.v20090420-1104>
