Here you can see the "{0}" in the title.
Using latest weekly build. Should be "My bugs and comments" (name of query). Just also noticed the Alt-Shift-S stopped working :-(( This must be related to bug 165359. The bug must be somewhere in the context. Created attachment 127377 [details]

The bug should be fixed in head. I'll provide another weekly build later today. Marking resolved. After that it seemed to work again, at least it did all the day for Trac. I used in the this new task so yes, this may be related. Just tested using 266930: Test https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=266930 but could not reproduce. Just spotted some "{0}" during as I synchronized Eclipse task by hand.
