Scenario:
Combo boxes in the Mylyn UI only show 5 items when you click to drop-down and select.
This is the SWT default.

Impact:
Using Mylyn I often select combo values from lists of 15+ items (e.g. JIRA components and issues).
My workflow in creating and editing Mylyn tasks would be quicker if combo drop-down showed more items, so I don't need to spend time scrolling combo drop-down boxes, which is very fiddley.

Sugegsted Fix - default combo drop-down size to 30 items:

When creating SWT Combo or CCombo controls, call:
   CCombo / Combo .setVisibleItemCount(30);

We have recently changed the default to 10. Could you try the latest weekly build and try if that works for you? Please comment on bug 266495 to suggest additional improvements to the selection of items from the combo boxes.
