When only one item can fit in the widget, this would automatically select the best image size and the best scollbar position to display the full image.

Partialy implemented in DefaultGalleryGroupRenderer. 
Still issues with ScrollingSmoother from Nebula's CWT.

This bug does not have a target milestone assigned and is automatically closed as part of the 2.3.0 release cleanup.
