Add API to set the number of columns (with dynamic item size) instead of setting item size (with dynamic number of columns).

Most code will probably go into AbstractGalleryGroupRenderer

This bug does not have a target milestone assigned and is automatically closed as part of the 2.3.0 release cleanup.
