- Open a Java Perspective
- Close all editors

You should 6 views: Packages, Hierarchy, Console, Tasks, Search, and Outline.

- Ensure that the Packages and Console views are on top of their groups.  There should be
3 visible views (packages, console, outline).
- Press shift-tab continuously (there is currently a bug if you try plain tabbing).
- Notice that only 3 views are being given focus, but you must tab 6 times to cycle through.
This is because the other hidden views are being selected, but not displayed to the front.
The expected behaviour is either tabbing through only the visible views, or displaying the
hidden views as they are being tabbed to.

Tabbing behaviour has changed now. We now tab between the current view and the 
toolbars - you can move to another view using Ctrl+F7.
