The Aperi project was approved to be archived.  

Remove the remaining committers from the Aperi project

Archive the following CVS directories
cvsroot/technology/org.eclipse.aperi/Aperi
cvsroot/org.eclipse/www/aperi

Mark remaining Technology > Aperi bugs as WONTFIX

Archive and close for further submission the Technology > Aperi bugzilla component

Replace the web pages with Archive Information and archive the wiki pages

Archive the Aperi-Dev and Aperi-News mailing lists.

Hi Webmaster:  All remaining Aperi committers only commit to Aperi.  Therefore, please remove and delete their committer (unix) accounts completely.  I would appreciate if the changes to the DB can be done via script for this one.

Archiving is complete.  The source,website and downloads can be found here: archive.eclipse.org/technology/archives/aperi.tgz .  I've replaced the Aperi website with directions to the download, and have added similar text to the 'main' Wiki page for Aperi which has been protected.

All committers have been deactivated and removed.
