OrphanNode and OphanEdge policies have not to inherit of canonical policy. CanonicalEditPolicy implies mistakes in the drag and drop.
So the purpose is to create its own herarchy of classes.

A new Policy that does not inherit of canonical editpolicy has been created and and added in the plugin common.
This policy can deal with edge and node but has to be added in each diagram and compartments.
Problems in template has been also fixed. Now the program is testing if compartment are alive.
