+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #256130 +++

At the moment Java EE project creation wizards has the "Generate deployment descriptor" checkbox.  However, it is not clear for all users what is the exact deployment descriptor that will be created. 

Each specific Java EE project wizard should be able to specify also the name of the deployment descriptor file. 

For example:
  - the Dynamic Web Project wizard should have the checkbox "Generate web.xml deploymnet descriptor
  - the EJB Project wizard - "Generate ejb-jar.xml deployment descriptor"
  - etc.
