the publisher has a product file parser as does the pde build.  We should review the two and make sure that htey are insync.

Build's product parser does not currently do start levels and config properties.

Neither does PDE UI, be we (the publisher do) :-).  Chris said he is going to drop this (PDE UI) this weekend, and then I can verify that the publisher is doing it correctly.

Chris, do you have a bug report for that.

We now set start levels. If we find particular inconsistencies we can open specific bugs.
