Projects must have a written ramp down policy by M6+0, linked in the table above pending inclusion of ramp down element in the XML project plan. (One of the issues identified with this guideline is that its not so much the ramp down policy of how many votes are needed for each bug fix that we need to be consistent on, but rather the meaning of each of the milestones and release candidates. See Platform 3.4 Endgame plan as a guideline. See also Galileo Final Daze.)

EclipseLink is producing a 1.1.1 patch-set that will come out around M7. Our intent is to ship this patch-set in Galileo. Should there be any urgent bugs or additional changes required in the project for Galileo then an additional 1.1.2 patch-set will be created. Creation of the 1.1.2 milestone will be discussed if needed at the weekly committer meeting and the decision on bugs will rest with the project leads.

Moving these tracking bugs for Galileo and doc issues to 1.1X for now as they are nice to have for 1.1.1 but should not block it and can be done without changes to the source base in SVN
