We need the following properties on CTabFolder (that is, they should be settable by these properties names from a stylesheet).

  mruVisible: boolean;
  maximized: boolean;
  minimized: boolean;
  single: boolean;
  unselectedCloseVisible: boolean;
  unselectedImageVisible: boolean;

See CTabFolder setters/getters with corresponding names.

This is group 2 of 2 and in conjunction with bug # should represent the total setters that we'd conceivably want to do from a stylesheet.  If I've missed some, please add.

This patch has changes with no effect, like MANIFEST.MF and AbstractCSSPropertyBorderCompositeHandler.java.  Please resubmit patch trimmed down to the essential changes.
