Description

This is a regression, this used to work on earlier 3.5 builds, and I also verified that this does not work correctly now in 20080127-0100. This is a very important shortcut, I don't think M5 should go out without this fix. This hasn't been working for me for at least 2 weeks, probably a bit longer. Before that I was on windows so I don't know when the regression started. I think it was OK in M4, but I'm not sure. This is still broken in the 3.6 stream. (In reply to comment #0) > I20090127-0100 > > In windows I regularly hit Alt-Shift-W > P to open up the current editor in the > package explorer. Using linux the shortcut is not working. The alt-shift-w > opens the menu, but there are no key shortcuts to the different views. This appears to be the general problem. Windows will default to the first character if there are no mnemonics in the menu. Linux won't. Since view descriptors don't have mnemonics in them, this has never worked on Linux. PW A quick solution: I could simply supply the first char of each view as the mnemonic. Duplicate mnemonics are allowed, and it would then be available. PW Sounds like a plan ;-) Created attachment 164749 [details]
