- Window / Preferences
- It comes up with focus on the "Open Perspective in same window" option in the Workbench preferences.

It should give focus to the list of pages first, so that a keyboard user can switch pages easily.
Note that currently, they have to hit Tab 5 times, or Shift-Tab 6 times, to give focus to the list of pages.

This is due to bug 6775.
Adding workaround to PreferenceDialog to keep focus on tree.
